I don't think anybody really knows here but I'm a major Doctor Who fan.

Some time ago I used to paint in a more manga-cartoony style (as you know) and I found it difficult to transform real life characters (you know, characters played by actors) into recognisable drawings in my own style.
But now that I've been practising on realism (sort of) it opens new doors to other fandoms! Woohoo!

I'm kind of proud of this. Although I'm not pleased with the background but I came to the point of being afraid to mess it up. But I'm pleased that my painting skills are improving

Materials for sketching: pencil, paper, pen etc.
Materials for digital work: scanner, Corel Painter X
Time used: Worked on this during little bits of time I got to spare so I don't really know.
